Gloviss will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your Gloviss account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. Gloviss may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by e-mail (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account), or by means of a notice on our home page by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. As a condition of membership, you must provide a valid e-mail address and agree to accept survey invitations from us.

If you do not wish to receive survey invitations from us, you must terminate your membership using the facility provided in the profile. A link to an opt-out facility is also provided at the bottom of every survey invitation we sent you (you will be required to login first). By following this link you may terminate your membership.

All Gloviss member accounts are password-protected. Gloviss goes to great lengths to protect the information our members have provided us. Our entire site is protected using information using secure socket layer technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Information collected by Gloviss is stored in accordance to our site security policy and we take reasonable steps to ensure that Member information is secure from unauthorized access, interference and loss, modification or disclosure. If Gloviss no longer requires specific information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy such information.

Information you give us. During the recruitment process, the panel registration process, or as part of a research study or survey, you provide us with information. This may include:

We enable you to create a profile, and share information such as messages, photos, and videos with others within your network. We cannot control the actions of others with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Also we cannot guarantee that the content you post on our site will not be viewed by others outside your network.

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, Gloviss may use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 14 on the Sites or through the Service without permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may from time to time send you either e-mail communications or push notifications to computing devices with an installed copy of the Research Application. Such communications will occur solely in order to communicate with you regarding your use of the Service or any part thereof, to activate the installed Research Application, or to invite you to participate in further research projects including but not limited to additional surveys.

  1. Change of Control / Asset Transfer

As the Company develops, we may buy other businesses or their assets or sell all or parts of our business assets. Customer information is generally one of the business assets involved in such transactions. Thus, in the event that the assets of the Company in whole or in parts are acquired by a third-party, customer information, including any visitor information collected through the Sites or Gloviss, would be one of the transferred assets. In the event of a corporate change in control or sale of all or parts of our business assets our users will be notified and given the opportunity to opt-out of any such transfer of their personally identifiable information to the new corporate entity or asset purchaser.

From time to time we may offer visitors the ability to voluntarily link to other sites. Gloviss does not review, and is not responsible for, the content or effect of the privacy policies of these sites.

  1. Import Contacts

You can import contacts from your Outlook or other email account address book to invite them to become members of our site. We collect the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from and will only use it for that purpose.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with a legal process served on our website.

14. What is Gloviss policy on allowing me to update, correct, or delete my personally identifiable information?

For members of Gloviss, you may edit your Gloviss Account Information and your Gloviss profile at any time by using your email ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the  “Forgot Password” button. If you no longer interested in online survey you may contact us at  [email protected] or you can click “Unsubscribe” button in the email, your Gloviss account will be deactivated. You may sign up again later if you had change your mind.
